PMMA  Poly(methyl methacrylate), PMMA is a clear plastic acrylic material that can be used as a replacement for glass. PMMA is commonly used in places where shatter-proof glass or windows are required, such as the puck barriers found in hockey rinks. PMMA is also used in signs, lenses, paints and it is also the core material used in plastic optic fiber.

Case 1: PMMA filament when printed at 235 the flow is inconsistent and there appear frequent blobs while extruding.

Case 2: PMMA filament when printed at 250 the flow is consistent and there was no issue while printing, also bed temperature can be kept as 100.

You can try with 1.75 mm initially.

 

Note: All the temperature measurement are in degree Celsius.
