Hello Sir/Madam
Myself K.Sai Yashwanth from Formula Manipal, an FSAE team from Manipal institute of technology. we make composite parts for our car to gain strength with a lightweight structure. so we are searching for a company that can machine our composite molds. The material we use for machining is WPC(Wood Plastic Composite) which is similar to MDF in density and the hardness. As we hear about think3D which offers very good machining services, we want to know about the CNC routing services.
We specifically want to know about the “depth of the cut” of the machine so that we can but our material accordingly. We hope to get affordable services for the same.
Regards
Yashwanth
